FFL Firearm Transfers
Horace Firearms offers fast, reliable firearm transfers in the Fargo/Moorhead and surrounding areas. We make it simple to receive firearms shipped to us from online retailers, dealers, or individuals.
Transfer Fees
- $50.00 Standard Transfer
- $25.00 for Active Duty Military, Veterans, and Law Enforcement Officers
- $15.00 for each additional transfer at the same appointment
How It Works
- Contact us at john@horacefirearms.com with the seller's information.
- We will send a copy of our FFL to the seller.
- Once the firearm arrives, we will contact you to schedule a pickup and background check (Form 4473).
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID with your current address. If your ID does not have your current address, you must bring a supplemental government-issued document (vehicle registration, tax statement, etc.).
Important Notes
- All transfers are subject to a background check (unless you have a valid ND Concealed Weapons License).
- We do not accept walk-ins for transfers; appointments are required.
- Storage fees may apply if firearms are not picked up within 10 days.
